Ireckonu expands hotel portfolio to strengthen access to higher-value customers

Ireckonu reported strong growth in 2025, expanding its luxury hotel portfolio and strengthening its global footprint, while outlining new platform capabilities for 2026 focused on AI, automation and unified data.

AMSTERDAM – Ireckonu shared its 2025 milestones, highlighting continued portfolio expansion and a strengthened position within the global luxury hospitality segment. The company has positioned itself as a strategic technology partner for hotel groups seeking to enhance guest experiences through data-driven innovation.

During the past year, Ireckonu expanded its global hotel portfolio, adding luxury groups including Aman and Dorchester Collection, following several years of supporting premium hotel brand operations. This growth reflects the company’s increasing focus on complex, high-value hospitality environments.

In 2025, Ireckonu also announced its role as technology provider for Mandarin Oriental’s enhanced guest recognition programme, enabling personalised guest experiences at scale. The international recognition received by Mandarin Oriental highlighted the impact of this collaboration and reinforced Ireckonu’s role in supporting digital transformation for luxury hotel groups.

This strategic positioning within the luxury segment has enabled Ireckonu to access higher-value customers, expand its influence in a market characterised by advanced operational and data requirements, and deliver large-scale technology solutions designed to support long-term revenue growth.

“In 2025, Ireckonu has established itself as a strategic partner for hotel groups seeking to transform guest experiences through data-driven innovation. Our platform unifies fragmented information, generates actionable insights, and delivers personalized experiences at scale through artificial intelligence while addressing one of the industry’s biggest challenges: data silos and inconsistent structures. In fact, a recent study we sponsored found that while 78% of hotel chains have already adopted AI, data sharing and integration remain major barriers to scaling its impact. Helping organizations build unified and consistent structures is therefore a pillar of our mission to fully support hotel AI initiatives,” said Jaan Van Jap, CEO and founder of Ireckonu.

Alongside portfolio growth, Ireckonu continued to expand its global footprint, with a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific and United States regions following consolidation in EMEA. To support this expansion, the company opened a regional office in Singapore in January 2025, formalising its long-standing presence in Asia-Pacific, and expanded its US operations with dedicated teams across strategy, sales, customer success and support.

With teams operating from Amsterdam, Singapore and the United States, Ireckonu now provides 24/7 global support across time zones, strengthening its operational scalability and service delivery.

Looking ahead to 2026, Ireckonu plans to introduce new platform features focused on hyper-personalisation at scale. These developments are designed to help hotels increase direct bookings, optimise return on investment and deliver more efficient and personalised guest experiences.

The company will also continue developing solutions that integrate artificial intelligence, automation and unified data to support sustainable growth for its clients. In parallel, Ireckonu will maintain a presence at major industry events, including ITB Berlin and HITEC, while further strengthening its partner programme to support collaboration across the hospitality technology ecosystem.
