During this time, Norman served as General Manager at two of the Group’s prestigious properties: Ballygally Castle and Stormont Hotels. His leadership was crucial in maintaining high operational standards and driving guest satisfaction across these landmark hotels.

In addition to his time with Hastings Hotel Group, Norman also worked for Tourism Northern Ireland (Tourism NI), further expanding his expertise in the tourism sector. Norman’s deep knowledge of hospitality operations is further supplemented by his experience as a consultant, where he assisted various businesses and organizations across Northern Ireland. His comprehensive background positions him as a valuable asset to The McKeever Hotel Group, especially as it moves into a new phase of growth.
