PORT ST. LUCIE, FL – The voco Sandpiper all-inclusive resort opens in January 2026, marking the first all-inclusive concept in the United States for IHG Hotels & Resorts. The riverfront property is located along Florida’s St. Lucie River and follows a $50 million transformation.
The repositioned resort introduces newly designed rooms and suites, expanded activities and amenities, and a restructured food and beverage programme positioned at the centre of the guest experience. The concept aims to blend all-inclusive convenience with destination-led discovery.
The property features 335 rooms and suites reflecting voco’s brand character through modern and bright design. Accommodation options include one- and two-bedroom units with resort or bay views, each offering a private balcony or walkout patio.
For meetings and events, the resort offers 18,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor space suitable for corporate gatherings, weddings, and social functions. New venues include The Landing, a heart-shaped waterfront ceremony lawn designed for special occasions.
Located in Port St. Lucie in Central Florida, the resort is approximately 45 minutes north of Palm Beach and within two hours of four major international airports. The location provides access to nearby attractions such as Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens, PGA Village, spring training facilities, and Orlando’s theme parks.

Resort enhancements include the refurbishment of the family pool, the addition of a new children’s splash pad, and updates to the adults-only infinity pool and spa tub overlooking the waterway. Complimentary kayak and paddleboard use, a standalone arcade, a new mini-golf course with an adjacent covered bar, and expanded family activity programming are also included.
Guests have direct access to Sandpiper Bay Marina, connecting to the Intracoastal Waterway for boating, fishing, and coastal excursions via the St. Lucie Inlet. Jetski rentals and additional water activities are available through the onsite watersports desk.

Wellness facilities include a renovated fitness centre equipped with Peloton equipment, complemented by programming such as waterfront yoga sessions and pool aerobics.
The food and beverage programme has been fully redeveloped under the leadership of Chef Mark Jones. Seven restaurants and bars are included in every stay, anchored by Riverside Market, a global marketplace featuring live cooking stations, international cuisines, and fresh pastries and desserts.
Additional dining venues include Lucie’s, an American beachfront restaurant; Solara, offering seasonal coastal-inspired cuisine; and Cafe, providing coffee and breakfast options. Bars include The Hideaway pool bar, Sunset Bar overlooking the waterway, Match Point indoor sports bar, and Versus, an outdoor bar located near the mini-golf course.
The resort is owned by Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings, LLC, led by Feenix Venture Partners and Ghost Tree Partners, and is managed by Aimbridge Hospitality as part of its All-Inclusive Division.
